check your temperature. go to the doctor. no one can tell you what is wrong on the computer. you need tests, it could be appendix, gall bladder problems, colon problems, female problems. you dont give much information about your symptoms. whenever your body is doing something different than normal, it is always best to go to the doctor. the sooner you go the quicker you will get better. people who ignore their symptoms usually get worse and take longer to make better. |

First of all, if you are having abdominal pain you need to be seen by a medical doctor. There are so many things that could be causing the type of pain that you have described. Just think about your abdomen and the numerous organs contained in it. To start with there are the organs that deal with digestion- the stomach, the end of the esophagus, the small and large intestines, the liver, the gallbladder, and the pancreas. Deep within the abdominal cavity are your kidneys. Straight down the inside of the abdomen there is a large blood vessel called the aorta. Your appendix is an organ in the lower right abdomen that no longer serves much function.
Many different conditions can cause abdominal pain. The key is to seek medical care first before trying home remedies. If you do not know what the cause of your abdominal pain is, trying home remedies could actually mask the underlying problem causing a delay in the correct diagnosis of your problem. Possible other causes of abdominal pain could be: Excessive gas; Chronic constipation; Lactose intolerance;
Viral gastroenteritis; Irritable bowel syndrome; Heartburn or indigestion;
Gastroesophageal reflux; Ulcers; Bowel obstruction; Appendicitis;
Cholecystitis; Dissecting abdominal aortic aneurysm; Urinary tract infections; Kidney stones; Hernia; Food poisoning; Food allergy; Crohn's disease; Ulcerative colitis; Parasite infections; Intussusception; Sickle cell crisis .... The possibilities are almost endless. Abdominal pain may actually be caused by an organ in the chest, like the lungs (for example, pneumonia) or the heart (like a heart attack). Or, it may stem from a muscle strain in the abdominal muscles.
Regardless of the cause of your pain the important thing is that you first seek medical treatment before you try any home remedy. |
