Rockford, Illinois- Bond has been reduced for a Rockford woman who's accused of stealing money from a nursing home. Diana Hecker, 52, was arrested in December for allegedly stealing more than $170,000 from the River Bluff Nursing Home where she worked. Hecker's bond has been reduced to $10,000.
