I am a Float RN and I can not understand why the government can't interceed when it comes to mandatory wages. Sure you can make 30/hr without benefits. Anyone in this same predicament?

I agree. We are in a "hiring freeze" right now, and I don't understand it. We are SO busy it's insane. They are always calling me to pick up extra hours...which is at least different than the "get out of here on time" spiel. It's all about budget, but we are burning out as a whole.

Why do you stand for those conditions and wages?

These are the central ILLINOIS wages and this is where I am from. How is it where you are and where are you located?

Your assessment is about the same here in Florida. However, leaving hands on will bring you larger financial gains.
