it seems that many people write about big companies as having a large connectio base with many hospitals and pay better, but do not communicate well. with that said it seems that people write of smaller agencies as more accessible but lower pay. my question is, what is the pay difference between the larger companies and smaller. is the accesibility worth it to take the pay cut? any comments are appreciated |
