Hi All,
I am a national board certified licensed acupuncturist and have also considered becoming a N.P. Is there any possibility of working as both an N.P.,(maybe as an independent nurse), and an acupuncturist in my own private practice? I was thinking that I might have to work as an N.P. under a doctor's supervision or within a doctor's office, hospital, or other clinical setting where a western physician is close by.
I considered the option of maintaining my private acupuncture practice 2-3 days per week from my own home and working as an N.P. elsewhere the other 2-3 days. Is that possible and does it make any sense?
Thanks for any feedback.
