hello my son hit puberty when he was 14 from 14 to 15 he grew some hair on his genitals and his voice changed from 15 to 16 he got taller and gained some weight but see heres the problem hes 16 now and he has no hair under his armpits and his penis and testes are not fully grown is there something wrong with him. |
