 Hi I am new to this site so hello to you all. I am currently working on a gynaecology ward but I have just been offered a job working in a prison as a staff nurse. I am very excited about the post and I was just wondering if any one out there had some positve news about prison nursing or not if the case may be!
I have been in to the prison before as a student and did find it very interesting especially now as the prison is now merging with the local health board and introducing more nurse led clinics.
I would be very interested in any advice and comments about my new position, thanks very much
