I have decided to do local per diem nursing as opposed to actual travel nursing to save face on my gas, car, and family time, and so far I am happy with it. Although I can look into traveling this summer w/the family. To those of you who are considering traveling this might be a good alternative at the beginning to get your feet wet. After all even in Per Diem nursing the situation and units change and it gives you an idea of what to expect . Just my humble thoughts. |
