Just trying to figure out if this is the way to go. How much does the hospital get charged from the agency? Anyone know, I heard it was 75-150/hr.

Each hospital usually works with their own bill rates. I don't work with any hospitals that pay $75-150/hour unless they need a CRNA.

Based on insider information, which includes a local travel company, charges are about 125/h that the hospital gets charged by the travel nurse company locally in Tulsa, OK. The idea is to offer the travel nurse a higher rate of pay, better customer service while on contract, and all the added benefits like insurance, liability, and travel with housing in addition to that. The idea of 37.00/hr to the nurse was speculated, any opinions on that rate from you guys?????? Opinions/comments are appreciated. Thanks........

unless you are a crna you will not see a bill rate to a hospital for an rn over 100. the most i have heard anywere paying for an RN was in CT at 90 an hour. most range from 60-75 that the company gets. there are things that may increase it such as emergent need/strike but those are not part of a normal bill rate.
