i'm a graduate nurse from the philippines wanting to work in USA.One of the requirements is licensure by examination in any US state and passing NCLEX examination.
my problem is i dunno where to download printable registration forms from NCLEX. does anyone here knows where I can get this forms? for the california nclex form please do help me because i'm in dire need to complete the application form in order for me to start processing of my papers. pls, send a copy of california nclex form to my box, cherry_jhasi29@yahoo.com
