URBANA – The county nursing home will have to borrow money to meet its payroll, the county doesn't have the money to lend it, and it would be difficult to lease or sell the nursing home. Problems were more evident than solutions at a discussion of potential fixes to the deficit-running Champaign County Nursing Home at the county board's finance committee Thursday night.
