Has anyone heard anything about UCSF Medical Center? They have posted positions for Critical Care Internships, and the pay rates look pretty good for SF. I would like to hear about any experiences people have had with them.
Thanks,

been there four years. money can be good. better at other hospitals. ucsf is the lowest paying in san fran...housing way up there...ucsf isn't nurse friendly. nurses aren't nurse friendly. can be a cold place to work. but the city is great! your only there three days a week. you'll get great experience since all of northern california "dumps" there...the docs are great and easy to work "with", not for ......good luck |

i am currently workinf at ucsf parnassus, it's not true about they have lowest pay rate. it depends upon your field of profession and your years of experience and your job performance. the fact is, only UCSF that gives you the best deal of benefits that other hospital can give like your retirement, medical benefits and life insurance. if you work there for five years for full time, you are eligible to receive retirement benefits. |
