Hi all. First time poster here.
I'm still a student nurse and about to begin my third years training after a break for maternity leave and i was wondering ahat every does/did with regards to childcare. When i begin this unit, i am in uni every day, but towards the end i only have one or 2 days per week, but my childminder is expecting me to pay for her everyday as i would have done at the start of the year.
Did anybody elses childminders expect this or did you just pay as you went?
