I just started my first travel assignment and I am being screwed by the company before my orientation is completed. My first paycheck was not deposited as promised, a check to correct the screwup was sent, but it was short, another check was sent, still short of agreed hourly rate AND no overtime pay. Additionally my deductions were changed from my W4 declaration. My recruiter, a nice person, doesn't follow through on promises.
I feel like walking, but I like my assignment other than my agency. Since starting on the floor I've been asked which agency I use and everywhere I've gotten condolences about my choice. Apparently Maxim has quite the reputation for screwing its nurses.
Has anybody else had experience with this agency? |
