I just joined this site, and thinking of traveling so I am new at this .. does anyone recommend Emerald Nursing for Travel? pros/cons? thanks |

I am with Emerald and have experienced nothing but positive things. Also probably due to my recruiter. I have only been traveling for about 6 months and contemplated going with another agency because Emerald is limited to CA, FL, and NM. When i spoke to the big agencies i did not get the dedication I get from my recruiter at Emerald. All about staffing is a big company and they pay very well b/c they are directly in with the hospitals (no middle man). I didn't continue with them b/c of the recruiter there. Def. ask alot of questions about pay, insurance, taking leave, stuff like that. |
