Dear Nurses,

Joys and Sorrows of Living with Adult Autism is now #1 on Buy.com and has been for 3 days. It is presently December 28th, 2007. The number usually changes every 2 or 3 days so it may be a different number tomorrow because everyone that has ever got to be #1 on this bookstore will be #1 for 2 or 3 days and then drop and someone else will be number 1 so if you want to see it while it's still #1 you might want to go look at Buy.com today before the number changes like it usually does or you might not get to see it. Just thought I'd let you know to make you happy.

My second book "Autism Undiagnosed" is now in the process of being printed and is on Publish America's online bookstore but has not yet made it to the other online bookstores yet. This book is about my sweet dear autistic husband's childhood and his mother's struggles over him not having a diagnosis. She saw a program on TV when he was 10-years-old and thought it matched him perfectly. When she went to tell the doctor all he could say was "Oh no, I don't think he has autism. That's a little kid's disease. Your kid is a big kid. Big kids don't have autism." Because of this there was a life long timeframe of misunderstandings and bad experiences that could have been prevented had people known the truth. This book covers my husband's childhood from birth to 31-years-old when we got married.
