How many use Tax Advantage Program?

I am just learning about the ins and outs of travel. How many of you use the "Tax Advantage" option if offered. Is it complex to keep track of and meet the legal requirements? Is it financially benificial or better to just get a higher wage. I also understand that the housing stipened or supplied housing is seperate. Last but not least, how many agencies use it to their advantage only/ or to confuse you, or use it illegally in your experience, and if you would be willing to name them? Thanks!!
