I'm going to be relocating to the Charleston, SC area and was wondering if anyone had any information on the better hospitals to work for and average salary. I'm a telemetry/step down nurse for over 2 years in a heart center in NY and I'm trying to figure out how much of a pay cut I'm going to take. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
