CEBU CITY, Philippines -- (UPDATE) Department of Health (DoH) regional director Susana Madarieta imposed on Tuesday a three-month preventive suspension against two doctors and a nurse implicated in the rectal surgery scandal at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC).
