i had an assignment in grand rapids at spectrum health, butterworth campus. the assignment and those whom i worked with were cool but the unit manager never even bothered to meet me in person one time in 13 weeks!!! even when i was involved in a head on collision and missed work, i played phone tag to get messages to her . she hired me over the phone so i never layed eyes on her the whole assignment. this kind of thing, "professional courtesy" if you will, goes a long way with me and i was dissapointed. i remember i even left notes on her door and offered to stay over to meet her and was just ignored.....yuck!!! i would go back to spectrum but not to her unit...she has lost me forever.... |
