alright ladies....where is the ohio nurses aid license test

i completed my training via. college, got my certificate, sent my application form in with my 88.00. and i will admidt, i dont find the papers telling me where to follow up. it has been nearly 3 weeks and i havent heard anything. so, i wanted to email somebody, call somebody, or raise a question. i might be impatient???
but i would like to know what is happening with my app. and money. maybe there is more information that they need??

so, do you know where the web site, phone number is??
i will tell you , it is a new testing company. not the same one as in days past.
