I think it is great that you would like to start a nursing assistant training school. I do agree that this field will continue to grow. I currently work as a house manager and am a registered nurse. I am trying to convey to those in health care and those who wish to enter this field how important it is to understand effective communication and how it impacts patient outcomes.
